With more than 60 years of experience in deep-drawing and surface treatment technologies, our aluminum components are engineered for compatibility with your chosen drug delivery valves, devices, and filling lines. We offer Soft Mist Inhaler (SMI) cartridges and Metered-Dose Inhaler (MDI) canisters, with customized sizes available on request.
Drawing on our expertise in drug delivery devices, we provide technical support throughout the entire process — from R&D through production scale-up and manufacturing.

Can you hold tight dimensional tolerances at volume?
Yes. Deep draw and stamping processes are validated against your drawing's critical dimensions, and capability data is reported from production runs.
Where are pharma components manufactured?
In our Center of Excellence for Inhalation and Pharmaceutical Packaging facility located in Suzhou, China.
How early should we involve you?
At device design. Formability, wall thickness and surface treatment interact with device function, and those constraints are cheapest to resolve before the drawing freezes.
