Anodizing
Anodizing at volume, with color held consistent from first article to final pallet.

Color grown into the metal
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that grows a hard oxide layer into the surface of the aluminum, then seals dye inside it. Because the color lives in the metal rather than on it, it cannot chip, peel or scratch off. Our patented system ensures a tightly controlled color range from first piece to last.

What we can hold
| Process | Substrate | Volume fit | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anodizing | Aluminum | High | Durable color, full recyclability |
| Double anodizing | Aluminum | High | Two-tone, deep saturation |
| Vacuum metallization | Resin and Aluminum | Medium–high | Complex geometry, light weight |
| Metal stamping & deep draw | Aluminum | High | Shells, caps, collars |
| Rapid 3D prototyping | Mixed | One-off | Design validation in days |
