With over 50 years’ experience on the deep-drawn and surface treatment technologies , our aerosol and spray delivery aluminum components are designed to be compatible with your chosen drug delivery valves, devices, and filling lines. We are offering Soft Mist Inhaler (SMI) cartridges and Metered-Dose Inhaler (MDI) canisters. Customized sizes are also available.

Metal Forming

Anomatic is an expert in the deep draw technology used to  manufacture high precision Metered-dose Inhaler (MDI) canisters. Features:

  • High capacity, over 1.5 Billion parts annually
  • Precise dimensional control

  • Work hardens the aluminum

Anodizing

Anomatic patented anodized process ensures the consistency of anodic film completely covering on the surface of aluminum canisters. This film acts as an effective barrier for many sensitive formulations. Anodized canisters are suitable to MDI solution formulations. Features:

  • A dedicated in-house and reliable anodizing process
  • Anodic film thickness is consistent.
  • Significantly improve the impurity level for MDI solution formulations
  • Leachable & extractable study are available.

Plasma Coating

Anomatic coating system achieves a hydrophobic surface with a contact angle greater than 90 degrees. This helps to prevent the adhesion of the formulation to the canister wall. FCP plasma coated canister is suitable to MDI suspension formulations. Features:

  • Coating does not change the dimensions of the canister that requests no changes on your chosen other drug delivery devices /filling lines.
  • Fully replicates the profile of canisters to ensure the coating consistency.
  • Hydrophobic low surface energy system to prevent the drug substance from adhesion to the wall of canisters.
  • High purity solvent- free gases
  • Environmentally friendly with a low carbon footprint
  • Leachable & extractable study are available.
